Each property has a Legal Pack prepared and available. This can be seen and downloaded by registering online. We advise you read this pack carefully and have your solicitor review it before bidding.
Each property is clearly marked as to whether it is being sold as a Traditional or Modern Method of Auction. It will also state if the sale is a Timed Lot (online) or via a Live Auction Event.
You must ensure you can meet the requirements of the auction before bidding, making sure you have the funds available for any deposit and fees. Remember, it is legally binding.
Bidding is made easy and flexible for you. After registering your details and subject to acceptance, you can bid online or over the phone (depending on the auction type).

Congratulations if your lot was a Traditional Auction, you have 28 days to complete. If it was a Modern Method Auction, you have 56 days and we will help you through this.
Regarding the Traditional Method, you must pay a non refundable Buyers Premium and deposit to reserve the property. Using the Modern Method, you will pay a Buyers Premium and a deposit upon exhcange. You will also sign a Reservation Agreement and you will need to instruct your solicitor. (see our directory if you require a quotation)
Proof of funds, you have to show evidence that you have the funds in place to compelte the sale. We can put you in touch with our partners to help with this.
A Timed Auction is open for a set period of time with the closing date clearly stated.
You can bid in your own time from the comfort of your home. You can bid in real time or set your maximum price. The transparency gives you confidence in the bidding process and puts you in control.

The Internet - place your bid in real time and see the auctioneer acknowledge your bid.
The telephone - speak to one of our team in the room who will pass your bid to the auctioneer.
Proxy - tell us your maximum bid and we will bid on your behalf, only raising the bid inline with the bidding up to your limit.
